March 26 – 6PM
Well, he was scoped and it was determined he was fit to have his breathing tube removed. He came back with his handsome face in full view! He is still withdrawing from the meds he was on after the graft was installed. He is breathing on his own, but is having to work a little at it. He is re-learning how to breathe through his nose and mouth. It may be a little bit before he begins to breathe normally. The next night or two will give us a clearer picture of the procedure’s success. We are cautiously-optimistic.
